My husband often jokes about how early I prefer to sleep. He simply doesn\u2019t grasp the joy of settling into comfortable sheets, and that\u2019s perfectly fine,\u201d Obama stated at the start of the conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIf we have guests over, I\u2019m fully engaged, participating, laughing, and conversing. However, once the gathering concludes, I strive to avoid going to bed before sunset,\u201d she elaborated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhat would you consider the ideal bedtime?\u201d Kelce inquired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHonestly, any time after dinner,\u201d Obama replied with a chuckle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThat sounds wonderful,\u201d Kelce concurred, adding, \u201cAs someone who enjoys the AARP special reservation\u2014which is at 5:30\u2014I would love to be in bed by around 8:30.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obama also mentioned that her daughters, Sasha and Malia, were good sleepers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Later in the interview, she expressed her disinterest in politics as a mother of two.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI felt such relief when we left the White House,\u201d the 61-year-old shared, referring to the conclusion of her husband\u2019s second term in 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI wanted them to experience life without the constant scrutiny of the public eye. They still face paparazzi and are navigating their own identities,\u201d she remarked about her daughters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consequently, Michelle stated, \u201cWhen people inquire if I would ever consider running for office, my answer is a definitive no.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She emphasized that those who ask \u201chave no comprehension of the sacrifices children make when their parents hold such positions.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The former attorney concluded, \u201cNot only am I uninterested in politics in that capacity\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding Michelle, she believes that the issue has been \u201casked and answered\u201d and asserts that it is \u201cnever going to happen.\u201d She stated, \u201cThey\u2019ve already served their time. \u2026 It would be unthinkable. Nope.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the release of her new podcast, \u201cIMO (In My Opinion),\u201d Michelle Obama faced significant criticism on social media due to its disappointing viewership compared to other political programs on YouTube.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On March 10, Obama and her brother Craig Robinson launched their video podcast, with the first two episodes made available on the following Wednesday. However, on their debut day, the episodes garnered only 15,000 and 47,000 views, respectively. In contrast, Joe Rogan\u2019s podcast attracts between 500,000 and 56 million viewers and listeners per episode, while California Governor Gavin Newsom\u2019s podcast achieved over 743,000 views on YouTube during its premiere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many social media users mocked the former first lady for her \u201cabysmal\u201d viewership figures. One user on X, previously known as Twitter, posted a screenshot of the view count on Obama\u2019s YouTube channel, commenting, \u201cMichelle Obama\u2019s first couple podcast episodes absolutely flopped, not even reaching a combined 20,000 views in the 15 hours after posting. The comments are filled with people saying \u2018nobody asked for this.\u2019 What an utter failure.
