Brooklyn Beckham used his Instagram page to post a bombshell six-page statement accusing his parents, Victoria and David Beckham, of controlling his entire life and ruining his wedding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

26-year-old Brooklyn, the eldest son of the former Spice Girl and soccer star, launched an attack on his parents after months of rumors about the feud. For example, Brooklyn claimed his parents had put \u201cpressure\u201d on him to sign away the rights to his own name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He wrote that \u201cweeks before\u201d his and now-wife Nicola Peltz\u2019s wedding, his parents \u201crepeatedly pressured and attempted to bribe\u201d him to sign the rights to his name away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThey were adamant on me signing before my wedding date because then the terms of the deal would be initiated. My holdout affected the payday, and they have never treated me the same since,\u201d Brooklyn wrote on Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, the 26-year-old claimed his mother, Victoria, had called him \u201cevil,\u201d and accused her of \u2018hijacking\u2019 the first dance at his wedding, which left him \u201cuncomfortable and humiliated.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Victoria Beckham has stayed quiet since her son\u2019s explosive claims. However, David Beckham has now broken his silence. When appearing on CNBC\u2019s financial program Squawk Box in Davos during the World Economic Forum, the former soccer star stated that his children had made \u201cmistakes\u201d on social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI have always spoken about social media and the power of social media. For the good and for the bad. What kids can access these days, it can be dangerous. But what I have found personally, especially with my kids as well, use it for the right reasons. I\u2019ve been able to use my platform for my following, for UNICEF,\u201d David Beckham said, per the Mirror<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAnd it has been the biggest tool to make people aware of what\u2019s going on around the world for children. And I have tried to do the same with my children, to educate them. They make mistakes, but children are allowed to make mistakes. That is how they learn. That is what I try to teach my kids. You sometimes have to let them make those mistakes as well.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
