In the older image from 2019, she had blonde hair, soft features, and minimal makeup, making the contrast with her current appearance striking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, much of Toxii\u2019s body is covered in extensive tattoos and blackwork. Her modifications include a removed nose, split tongue, tattooed eyes and tongue, and horn-like implants on her forehead. While her appearance has sparked strong reactions online, she has continued to describe her transformation as a form of personal expression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After posting the throwback photograph, social media users quickly filled the comments with questions and criticism. Some expressed sadness over how different she looked, while others questioned her decisions or described the modifications as extreme. Others compared her appearance to fictional or extraterrestrial characters, demonstrating just how strongly the transformation affected viewers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toxii has also spoken publicly about the physical side of her journey. During an interview with street artist Devon Rodriguez, she was asked which modification had been the most painful to heal from. She said the nose removal was particularly difficult and revealed that the recovery took approximately eight weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When asked whether she had kept her removed nose, Toxii gave an unexpected answer: she said she keeps her removed body parts in small jars. Her unusual collection added another layer to the discussion surrounding her transformation.
