In a large bowl, marinate the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.<br \/>\n2. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.<br \/>\n3. Remove the chicken from the buttermilk and dredge each piece in the flour mixture until well coated.<br \/>\n4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375\u00b0F (190\u00b0C).<br \/>\n5. Fry the chicken in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pot, for about 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.<br \/>\n6.
