Michael J. Fox<\/a> and Tracy Pollan\u2019s<\/a> 29-year-old daughter found the perfect way to celebrate her mom\u2019s birthday.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schuyler, the twin sister of Aquinnah, packaged herself as a bride<\/a> for her storybook wedding in the Catskills and said her \u201cI do\u2019s\u201d on June 22, the same day her mother turned 64.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keep reading to learn about Schuyler\u2019s wedding and the sweet birthday wishes Fox shared to his wife of 36 years.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Almost four decades ago, Michael J. Fox, 63, and Tracy Pollan, 64, were cast as on-screen lovers on the hit TV series Family Ties<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHe was very cocky,\u201d Pollan recalls<\/a>. \u201cHe was funny, but he was cocky.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the two were smitten with one another, Fox was dating Nancy McKeon, the star of the TV sitcom Facts of Life<\/em>, and Pollan was with Kevin Bacon, who started dating Kyra Sedgwick in 1987, the same year he split with Pollan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Back to the Future<\/em> star and his now wife met again on the set of the 1988 film Bright Lights, Big City<\/em> and both single, they grabbed the opportunity and married that same year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt sounds really horrible, but it was one of those things,\u201d Fox told\u00a0People<\/a>\u00a0in 1989. Joking about their relationship statuses, he continues, \u201cSomeone goes, \u2018Did you hear that so-and-so aren\u2019t together anymore?\u2019 And you go, \u2018Hmm, that\u2019s too bad. Where\u2019s the phone?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Family<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Shortly after Pollan and Fox married, they became new parents to Sam Michael, who was born on May 30, 1989.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only two years later, Fox was diagnosed with Parkinson\u2019s and his doting wife willingly offered her unconditional support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In early November 2023, the Teen Wolf<\/em> star spoke on CBS Mornings<\/a> and discussed how his loving wife has been his greatest champion for 35 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe hardest part of my diagnosis was grappling with the certainty of the diagnosis and the uncertainty of the situation,\u201d Fox said. \u201cI only knew it would get worse. The diagnosis was definite, the progress was indefinite and uncertain. My wife made it clear that she was with me for the duration.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite the challenges they were facing, the stars continued to grow their family and added twins, Aquinnah Kathleen and Schuyler Frances, born February 15, 1995, and Esm\u00e9 Annabelle in November 2001.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offering parenting advice to other moms and dads, Fox says<\/a>, \u201cAlways be available to your kids. Because if you say, \u2018Give me five minutes, give me 10 minutes,\u2019 it\u2019ll be 15, it\u2019ll be 20. And then when you get there, the shine will have worn off whatever it is they wanted to share with you.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018Picture perfect\u2019<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With their adult children now out of their home, Pollan and Fox are empty nesters, enjoying life as they started 36 years ago<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe get more food,\u201d Fox quips of the four children not being around to eat all the food. He adds, \u201cThey\u2019re not taking it all.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They\u2019re also starting families of their own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On June 24, People<\/a> reported that that Schuyler, 29, married her long-time partner on Saturday, June 22, in the Catskill Mountains in New York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe weather was absolutely perfect, despite the heat wave,\u201d a source tells People of the luxury wedding held at Hayfield Catskills. \u201cThey dined under a tent, and it really looked like a picture-perfect garden party. They seemed like such an adorable, gentle family.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tipster adds that political commentator George Stephanopoulos along with his comedian girlfriend Ali Wentworth, and Dirty Dancing <\/em>star Jennifer Grey were in attendance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Geusts stayed at the rustic but charming Bluebird Hunter Lodge and the bespoke mountain hotel, Scribner\u2019s Catskill Lodge, which in the past hosted guests like actor Olivia Wide and Rami Malek, best known for his performance as Freddie Mercury in Bohemian Rhapsody<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was also Pollan\u2019s 64th<\/sup> birthday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Though the parents haven\u2019t spoken publicly about Schuyler\u2019s nuptials \u2013 and the daughters stay out of the spotlight \u2013 Sam, now 35, delivered an adorable birthday message to his mom with a shoutout to his sister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHappy birthday Teep!! I love you so much and I\u2019m very excited that I actually get to spend the day with you!! ([Schuyler] don\u2019t worry, your post is coming later),\u201d he\u00a0captions<\/a>\u00a0the photo where his mom is seen dancing with one of the twins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And Fox shared the sweetest birthday message to his loving wife.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIn every beautiful way, it\u2019s beautiful Tracy\u2019s beautiful day. I love you and today will be magnificent,\u201d the actor wrote via Instagram<\/a> on Saturday alongside a black-and-white photo of Pollan. \u201cAlways forever your Mike with so-much love. Happy birthday. It\u2019s gonna be an epic day.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
