Kennedy Jr. said on Tuesday that former President Donald Trump, whom he endorsed last week after dropping out of the race, has tasked him with helping pick people who will help run a new administration should the 45th president become the 47th president.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During an interview with indy journalist Tucker Carlson, the former Fox News star&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/TuckerCarlson\/status\/1828190970795745447\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">asked<\/a>&nbsp;Kennedy what he would be doing \u201cfrom now until election day\u201d after endorsing Trump. Kennedy said, \u201cI\u2019m gonna work to get him elected, and, you know, I\u2019m working with the campaign. We\u2019re working on policy issues together.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve been asked to go on to the transition team and, you know, to help pick the pick who will be running the government, and I\u2019m looking forward to that,\u201d before he added: \u201cI\u2019m gonna fight. I don\u2019t know what would happen to me if we lose.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhat happens, if he loses, to you?\u201d Carlson pressed, to which Kennedy replied, \u201cI never really think about that. What I think is, okay, here\u2019s what I gotta do today, and you know, get up every day and say, \u2018Reporting for duty, sir,\u2019 and then go do that.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added: \u201cYou know, nothing\u2019s a crisis, everything\u2019s a task, right? So that\u2019s what I\u2019m gonna be. Kind of a happy warrior. I know what I have to do, so I\u2019m gonna do it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the same interview, Kennedy told Carlson that although he would be interested in serving as Trump\u2019s CIA director, he believes he would never secure Senate confirmation for the position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After Carlson asked whether he would take the position, Kennedy responded, \u201cYes, I would, but I would never get Senate confirmation. Here\u2019s his first interview since that happened.<br><br>(0:42) RFK Jr. Endorsing Donald Trump<br>(11:26) Censorship and Pavel Durov\u2019s Arrest<br>(34:56) America\u2019s\u2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/AOQULEvZeX\">pic.twitter.com\/AOQULEvZeX<\/a><\/p>&mdash; Tucker Carlson (@TuckerCarlson) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/TuckerCarlson\/status\/1828190970795745447?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">August 26, 2024<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier this week, a federal judge ruled that RFK Jr. can proceed with a lawsuit against the Biden administration, alleging social media censorship of his organization, Children\u2019s Health Defense, which raises concerns about vaccine safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe Court finds that Kennedy is likely to succeed on his claim that suppression of content posted was caused by actions of Government Defendants, and there is a substantial risk that he will suffer similar injury in the near future,\u201d U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty in Louisiana said in his ruling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lawsuit asserts that the government pressured social media giants like Facebook, X, and YouTube to censor content it deemed as misinformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Children\u2019s Health Defense, which Kennedy founded, says its mission is \u201cending childhood health epidemics by eliminating toxic exposure.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Critics label the charity as \u201canti-vaccine,\u201d while the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) maintains that vaccines, including the COVID-19 vaccine, are \u201csafe and effective,\u201d according to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/judge-rules-rfk-jr-sue-biden-administration-alleged-censorship-charity-questions-vaccines\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fox News<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cJudge Terry Doughty carefully and clearly analyzed the law and facts and applied the framework from the U.S. Supreme Court\u2019s recent decision in&nbsp;<em>Murthy v. Missouri<\/em>&nbsp;regarding standing,\u201d CHD general counsel Kim Rosenberg said after the ruling, referring to a similar case brought against the government. \u201cThe court also firmly found in plaintiffs\u2019 favor that plaintiffs had not waived \u2014 and indeed had affirmatively raised \u2014 direct censorship claims in addition to listener claims.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Republican attorneys general of Missouri and Louisiana filed&nbsp;<em>Murphy v.
