The United States is still reeling in the wake of the worst aviation disaster in decades.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sixty-seven lives were lost in the tragic D.C. plane crash Wednesday night, including sisters Everly and Alydia Livingston and their parents, Donna and Peter.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Livingston family was among the many victims of this devastating disaster.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pennsylvania-based news station WTAJ<\/a> reports that Donna Smojice Livingston, her husband Peter, and their two daughters, Everly, 14, and Alydia, 11, were among those on board American Airlines Flight 5342.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everly and Alydia were talented figure skaters and members of the Washington Figure Skating Club, according to Daily Mail. They trained at the Ashburn Ice House, a hub for their local skating community in Virginia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just days before the crash, their father captured a photo of the girls in Kansas \u2014 one of many cherished memories of their passion for life and skating.<\/p>\n\n\n
