While some who oppose Biden find the billboard amusing, many Maryland residents find it offensive. Jeanette Flaim, chair of the Calvert County Democratic Central Committee, has voiced objections and seeks its removal due to its potential impact on children.
However, removing the billboard may be challenging. Despite its offensive content, the 2015 Reed v. Town of Gilbert Supreme Court Decision protects offensive speech as a form of free expression.

Flaim aims to address the explicit imagery and language, especially for young audiences. Although understanding its pro-Trump context, she believes the content is unsuitable for public display.
