CHP spent $60 Million to make their fleet “inclusive”

Just imagine the scenario:
Someone breaks into your house. You dial 911 from your bedroom closet because you have that meth lab felony, and the intruder is closing in. You dial 911.
Fast forward 13 minutes. The intruder has either taken what he came for and left or murdered you in cold blood. Either way the CHP shows up, in this thing, takes a report, then shoots your dog.
Go ahead and try to make sense of it all as you’re looking down on your family who can’t even sue for Skipper’s pain because the cop had qualified immunity. It’s a tragic situation that could have been avoided by not painting the cruisers with rainbows and instead finding ways to get cops to people’s houses in enough time to actually warrant the huge budgets we pay to pretend that they do.
