Heartbroken Wife Shares Emotional Message After Husband Goes Missing In Baltimore Bridge Collapse

The  city of Baltimore in Maryland is in mourning after the tragic collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge. Six construction workers, who were part of a crew fixing potholes on the bridge, are now missing and presumed dead. The workers hailed from Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador, and their families are anxiously awaiting any news about their loved ones.

Among the missing is Miguel Luna, a 49-year-old husband and father of three from El Salvador. Miguel had made Maryland his home for almost twenty years. His wife, María del Carmen Castellón, is devastated and desperate for any information about her husband. She expressed her heartbreak and longing for news in a heartfelt interview with Telemundo 44.

Another victim of the tragedy is Maynor Yassir Suazo Sandoval, a 38-year-old father of two from Honduras. Maynor had been living in the United States for almost two decades. A family friend wrote a beautiful tribute to Maynor on social media, describing him as a kind-hearted and hardworking individual who always served his community.

The collapse of the bridge has left people saddened and heartbroken. The unexpected and tragic event has prompted an outpouring of love and support for the affected families. Many are hoping that the remains of the missing workers can be recovered, and there have been suggestions of installing a plaque on the new bridge in their honor.

Brawner Builders, the contractor employing the missing workers, is known for prioritizing safety precautions. Jeffrey Pritzker, the company’s senior executive, expressed shock and disbelief at the bridge collapse, underscoring their unwavering commitment to safety measures.

The tragic incident has deeply touched the hearts of many, and the community is standing in solidarity with the families of the missing workers. This heart-wrenching situation serves as a stark reminder of the importance of valuing the lives and well-being of those who work tirelessly to maintain our infrastructure.
