Hawaiian Banana Bread

1 very ripe banana, mashed
1 cup of crushed pineapple (don’t drain it!)
2 cups of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 cup of shredded coconut
